Sourdough Bread-making Class with Lisa Carson

Join Lisa Carson, sourdough expert, in the Hastings LWC kitchen on February 21st, 2026 from 1:00-4:00pm as she instructs a group of lucky registrants on all things sourdough & bread-making! Participants will leave with new insight AND a freeze dried sourdough starter to use at home!

All participants must bring: one large bowl, 4 cups of bread flour, and a spoon/dough whisk!
