Cook Like a Chef with Shawn Engberg

Join Chef Shawn Engberg on March 18th, 2025, for a superior cooking experience. Participants will discover the artistry of a curated menu selected by Chef, himself! The theme of the night is En Croûte, featuring Salmon en croûte with champagne cream, Baked Brie en croûte, Beef Wellington en croûte!

This class will be held in the Look What’s Cookin’ kitchen. Once registration opens, it will remain open until Monday, March 17th or until capacity is met. Once the list is finalized, an email containing further instructions will be sent out to all registrants. Payment of $50 plus an additional $2 for processing fees will be due upon registration.
