Sourdough Breadmaking Class with Lisa Carson

We could not be more excited that you have decided to join us for our sourdough breadmaking class at Look What’s Cookin’! On Saturday, November 9 from 1:00pm-3:00pm, Lisa Carson, longtime sourdough fanatic from Hastings, Nebraska, will be leading a sourdough demonstration and instructing on all things starter, fermenting, and more! This class will be sure to be a fun afternoon out in great company!

Things to bring:

  • 5 cups of bread flour
  • One large bowl
  • 1 cup measuring cup
