Join Chef Shawn Engberg, head chef of the Alley Rose in Kearney, on April 22nd, 2025 from 6:00-8:00pm, for an unforgettable night out. Participants will be guided through an immersive experience of Italian cuisine where they will learn how to make genuine Italian pasta, lobster ravioli, sauces, and more!
This class will be held in the Look What’s Cookin’ kitchen. Once registration opens, it will remain open until Monday, April 21st or until capacity is met. Once the list is finalized, an email containing further instructions will be sent out to all registrants. Payment of $50 plus an additional $2 for processing fees will be due upon registration.
